Without further ado please welcome Megan from Reading Away the Days.. You know... being honest.. this woman looks really familiar? *thinking*

- Can you tell readers abit about yourself?

Hi everyone! My names Megan and I live in Northern Ireland! By day I work with kids and love it and by night I'm either reading or stuck on Instagram. I love romance books, cupcakes and Autumn! And I will forever and always force everyone to read the All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness!
- When and how did you start bookstagramming?

I started my bookstagram I think 2 years ago but only really got into it about a year ago. Before Instagram, I blogged and had loads of blogs one such blog started Instagram and started an Instagram challenge and I wanted to join in so I joined and the rest is history (The ladies who inspired me have beautiful photos - it's Lisa and Becca.
- Do you have a book or piece of merch you love to photograph?

I love photographing bookmarks they are my fave to collect and use in photos.
- What are your favourite types of photos to take?

I love taking flatlays there my fave. I wish I could do amazing bookstacks but I cant (coffeeandbookswithali does amazing stacks)
- Is there an Etsy store you buy from whose bookish merch you love?

I have so many! But one of my faves is Kelly Lou Illustrations she has so many beautiful pins!
- What is your favourite picture you've taken from the last fortnight?

- What's the hardest thing about bookstagramming you find?

I find it hard to come up with original ideas and it's easy to compare yourself to others who have loads of followers but I'm still learning that I need to do what I love and that's taking photos and not worrying about the likes or followers.
- Is there any advice you would give to someone wanting to start?

I think it would be just doing it and take photos of books you love and don't think you have to take books of new or popular books and don't be afraid to reach out to others we are a friendly bunch Favourites: Book: Shadow Of Night by Deborah Harkness Dessert: Is cake a dessert? Bookmark:

Quote: "Second star to the right and straight on till morning" Season: Autumn
