About Lucy in the Sky

The frequent liar points are clocking up
and Lucy's got choices to make . . ..

It's been nine years since Luct left Austrailia. Nine years since she's seen her best friend Molly, and Sam, the one-time love of her life. Now her two friends are getting married. To each other. And Lucy is on her way to Sydney for their wedding.

Life for Lucy had moved on. She's happily settled with James, her gorgeous lawyer boyfriend, with their flat in London and her glamorous job in PR. Surely there's no reason to expect this two-week holiday in the sun will be anything out of the ordinary?

But just before take-off, Lucy recieves a text from Jame's mobile. She can't resist taking a look . . . and, in one push of a button, her world comes crashing down . . .

My Review:

In 2009 I first read this fabulous book. Due to Paige Toon's new book Baby Be Mine due release on July 2011 I had to read her previous books get ready for what I'd been waiting for.

Reading Paige Toon's book brims me with delight, I love them. They make me so happy with the emotional and well described characters it's almost as if you know them. Paige makes it so easy to connect with them and Lucy and Nathan are examples of such brilliant work.

I'll try not to spoil the ending for people who have yet to read it but what you have been missing out on WOW.

It's normally hard for me to read a book twice but with Lucy in the Sky I knew that I had nothing to worry about.

I started reading in on 15 July 2010 and finished it on 15 July 2011. Yes! It's very quick to read once you get into it you can get back out. It will have you hooked. I'm glad the story end the way I wanted it to and everyone else will want it too end the way it did too. A Happily ever after. Lucy in one of favourite characters probably cause she's the main one . . hmm . . . anyway Nathan . . . = HOT! I mean who wouldn't want a sexy, hot, sweet, funny Austrailian surfer . .  Yep he is dreamy. Why can't he be real?

This isnt really a review more of a I love Paige Toon and her books so much you need to go and buy them if you don't already have them type of thing. I'll re-read this book soon I know I will as I love it so much.
